Mau lebaran, hmm ada ini yang mau pilih-pilih baju apa yang akan dibeli. Ada juga yang niata jualan pakaian lebaran.  Apa ya yang jadi dasar pilihan baju yang akan dibeli untuk dipakai ataupun yang mau didagangkan? Ini sama saja bertanya apa dasar pilihan atau buying motive seseorang dalam memilih baju? Alasan itu mungkin bisa berupa antara lain : mutunya, modelnya, warnanya, motifnya, mereknya.  

Ada juga buying motive yang menarik, bahkan sudah sangat lazim dilihat: baju dengan cetakan kata – kata dan kalimat tertentu. Dari segi produsen pencetakan kalimat dan gambar pada baju  tujuannya tentu agar  baju tersebut bisa  memikat pembeli, jadinya bisa laris. Bagi konsumen pilihan tulisan/gambar baju bisa jadi adalah ekspresi diri.   

So. Is it right what we wear is what we are., Right?

Memory tim Konawe 1 – sebuah kekayaan pengalaman

Kembali, perjalanan karir mengantarkan pada tempat baru, Sulawesi tenggara, kabupaten Konawe Utara. saya pikir manajemen memberi tanggung jawab tugas bersama tim lain mengawal proyek tambang semata-mata adalah atas pertimbangan profesionalitas. Tentu juga berlaku hal yang sama dengan rekan tim yang lain

Sebuah kesempatan yang bila dingat kembali kaya akan pengalaman. Kesempatan tersebut telah menguji keahlian multidisiplin,

      -         Hubungan kerja dengan anggota tim lain yang sama-sama statusnya sebagai karyawan

       -         Hubungan kerja dengan anggota tim lain sebagai pribadi

Hubungan kerja yang pertama terkait dengan kordinasi lintas fungsi sebagai bagian pertanggung jawaban kerja yang ditugaskan oleh manajemen. Acuannya tentu jelas, Surat keputusan (SK) perusahaan yang menetapkan tugas masing-masing anggota tim.Hubungan kerja yang kedua adalah hubungan sebagai sesama pribadi dengan sudut pandang masing-masing yang unik. Keunikan yang mengantarkan pada suatu dinamika realasi antar pribadi.

Kedua bentuk hubungan ini hampir tidak bisa lagi ditarik batas-batasnya mengingat kami semua hampr menghabiskan waktu bersama dari awal mulai jam kerja sampai awal jam kerja dihari berikutnya. Ini terjadi karena kami menghuni camp sederhana yang sama yang jauh dari khalayak, ditengah hutan. Hampir bisa dikatakan terisolir dengan pihak luar

Cidomo Lombok

Cidomo is a traditional transportation means found in Lombok. It is a horse drawn carts and ever become so popular in its era as the main transportation. Although the existence of car and motorbikes has replaced it, we can still find and enjoy its service in the certain street in Lombok, especially in the route of Mandalika Market and Cakranegara Market, Kebon roek market, and in other area. I found that it is mostly used now for goods carting and by the old man. I think young generation is not really interested anymore.

Monument Giri menang Town Square Lombok

Monument of Giri Menang Town Square is well-known among local inhabitant of Lombok. In fact there are different names of the spot - Bundaran Kubah Emas, Bundaran Simpang Siur, Bundaran Mendagi, Bundaran Patung Sapi.  Each name refers to its pertained characteristic. For instance, it is named Bundaran Patung Sapi due to the existence of Cows statue.

The monument is located at Gerung, Western Lombok Regency. This monument is the reconstruction of the old one. The old part – cow statue - is kept standing around the monument. The new design resembles the mosque, small mosque with beautiful dome. Old monument then transformed to become as a new landmark of island of 1000 mosque.  

Refers to Its strategic position, the monument functions as a welcoming monument for visitor who comes to Lombok. The visitor must passes by the monument on its way to Mataram City, whether you get in to Lombok from Lombok International air port or from Lembar ferry Harbor. It is about 21 km from airport, 10 km from Ferry Harbor.

ILHAM AND ICHAL - Konawe team mate part one

Ilham and Ichal are teammate name at one mining exploration project. We met for the first time at project site. In fact we work at the same company, but at different function. We were really strange to each other. But time passed by and I found that they were great full dedicated coworker.  

Their background is mechanic. To support the project, management appointed them to participate directly in the project site. As a mechanic, team relies on their service to maintain equipment to make sure they continue to run safely at optimum efficiency as safe, reliable and efficient as possible. In summary their job can include diagnosing, overhauling, repairing, maintaining and testing the equipment.

To name the equipment they handle are big vehicle - e.g. trucks, excavator, and other earthmoving equipment  , stationary engines (e.g. generators, pumps, compressors), When they performed the task- disassembling and reassembling engines and other components- being dirty has been usual condition they encounter. It is challenging job. They told me that engine repairing is complicated task, but the most challenging task troubleshooting electrical and computer control systems that can cause them to malfunction electrical systems.

CARA DOWNLOAD VIDEO DARI YOU TUBE

Dulu pernah download video  dari youtube menggunakan IDM (Internet Download Manager), namun laptop sempat bermasalah .  Aplikasi IDM ini diinstall oleh kawan, jadi bingung caranya menginstal ulang kembali. Seingat saya cukup panjang prosesnya dan ada beberapa tahapan yang agak ribet, bukan  hanya klik  klik Next sampai proses instala selesai.

Ternyata ada cara lain dan mungkin ada banyak cara lain.  Salah satunya adalah aplikasi dari website savefrom.net. Untuk dapat medownload video dari youtube, tentunya pertam-tama aplikasinya harus terinstall. Caranya

1. Masuk ke alamet situs, klik untu link, https://id.savefrom.net/
2. Lakukan proses Download
3. Install aplikasi yang telah terdownload

APLIKASI SIAP DIGUNAKAN

Contoh penerapannya yakni :
